This option is available as an addition to either of the above cleaning options and adds a deep clean to your cool room ensuring that your cool room complies with Australian food safety requirements.

CLEANING SCHEDULE ​

We recommend obtaining a cleaning schedule if you are currently operating a commercial kitchen. We recommend a standard clean every 4 weeks with a deep clean scheduled every 3-6 months depending on the type of usage of the kitchen and food being prepared.
